Special Issue on Social Sustainability, Leadership and Human Resource Management Call for Cases Guest Editors: Anna-Maija Lämsä, Suvi Heikkinen, Raminta Pucetaite South Asian Journal of Business and Management Cases (SAJBMC) is a peer-reviewed, tri-annual journal of the Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida (India). The journal aims to provide a space for high-quality Qualitative Case Study Research (QCSR), thus all qualitative studies that follow Case Methodology shall be considered. Within QCSR we consider the five types of manuscript, these include Phenomenon-based, Phenomenon Extension, Theory Building, Review studies suggesting future opportunities for doing QCSR and Methodological studies that either inform how to do QCSR or extend ways of doing QCSR. A brief description of each of these can be found in the Aims and Scope. Publication of Hypothetical and Survey Driven Research, do not fall under the domain of BMC. The journal strictly does not accept Teaching Cases. This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The journal aims to promote international exchange of new knowledge and recent developments in all aspects of computational materials science and engineering, featuring the most advanced mathematical modeling and numerical methodology developments. It includes all classes of materials (metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, biomaterials, nanomaterials, etc.) and their structures (functional solids, soft matter, multiphase materials, coatings, etc.). Of specific interest are the underlying physics and chemistry governing the functional elements of the materials, and these functions include (but are not limited to) structural, electronic, thermal, chemical, magnetic, optical, or a combination of any of these. Although the analytical and numerical analyses of these materials' functional elements will constitute the main highlights of this journal, important computational studies of others aspects will also be welcome, such as imperfections in materials and their resulting limitations, novel processes for advanced materials synthesis, engineering of material properties, environmental consideration in material performance, etc.
