Peer Review and Publication Policy

Peer Review Process

The journal employs the double-blind peer review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Every manuscript put forward for publication is read at least by one editor, for a preliminary review. If the paper is in line with the editorial policy and with a minimum quality level, it is sent to two reviewers. The reviewers are not aware of the author's identity.

Reviewers' comments on the manuscript, to the editors are confidential and are passed on to the authors after being made anonymous. On the basis of the reviewers' comments, the Editors take a final decision on the acceptability of the manuscript, and communicate the decision, along with referees' reports to the authors. If significant revisions are proposed by the reviewers, acceptance is dependent on whether the author can deal with the suggestions and observations satisfactorily. If deemed fit by the Editorial Board, the revised manuscript may be sent for further review.

Policy on Retraction of articles

The Journal follows the COPE guidelines for Retraction of articles: It can be found at following link: http://publicationethics.org/files/retraction%20guidelines.pdf
