Guidelines for Authors/Reviewers

OORJA – International Journal of Management & IT is a double blind reviewed refereed journal. OORJA welcomes original manuscripts from both academicians and researchers on management, Information Technology, and organizational issues. Papers, based on theoretical or empirical research should exemplify the practical and policy implications having high impact on the fields of Management/Information Technology. Oorja also encourages new ideas and perspectives on existing research.

Manuscipt: Contributors should submit their manuscripts of papers/articles in word format. It should be typed in 12 point- Times New Roman Font in English and single spacing with 1" margin on all sides. Authors should submit their manuscripts of papers/articles by email: oorja@icfia.org

The manuscript should accompany the following:

  • An abstract of 200-250 words;
  • A concise biographical sketch of the author(s) up to 100 words.
  • Recommended length of the article is about 5,000 words.
  • All tables, charts, and graphs should be black/shades of Gray.
  • The source should be indicated at the bottom.
  • Endnotes, italics, and quotation marks should be kept to the minimum.

References: References should be in APA style.

  • Reference to a book:

  • Reference to a journal publication:
